| Similar to the fi-4010CU. Like the fi-4010CU the fi-5015C does not allow single page scans when more then one document is in the feeder. The fi-5015C will scan the first page, but when any subsequent scan is performed a Paper Jam error will occur. The ADF cover must be opened and the paper removed to clear the error. |
| The firmware in this scanner will cause an error to be displayed if multiple pages are in the ADF but only one page is scanned. If you want to scan single sheets you can only place one sheet into the ADF at a time.
KNown Issues: 1) If cover is opened during scanning a Paper Jam error occurs. 2) Content at the bottom of a Letter size document may be lost if the Overscan option is not enabled. |
