|Component Installs for VRS 4.10 will not work unless VRS 4.10 is installed. In addition, a VRS 4.10 Component Install will NOT work with VRS 4.0. Ascent 7.0 Users: A licensed copy of VRS 4.10 must be installed in order for this scanner to work properly.

NOTE: You MUST have installed the VRS 4.10 SP 2 update prior to installing the Component Install for this scanner. If the SP 2 update is not installed an error will be displayed when the Component Install is run and it will not complete. The SP 2 update is available here.
Known Issues: 1) A black line may appear around images from small documents. Enabling the VRS Edge Cleanup option will remove this. 2) When using a PC from Alienware he VRS Out of Paper message would display but then a scanner Timeout error would occur. This occurred with the native driver as well.
